Wilderness Wellness Retreats combines yoga, hiking, and outdoor adventure. We offer unique experiences that include, but are not limited to, hiking, yoga in nature, meditation, kayaking, camping and anything that embraces the experience of nature’s wonders. Kelly, Lisa, and Karen are long time lovers of the outdoors. We love adventure and yoga, believing strongly in the power of the outdoors combined with yoga to renew and recharge your mind, body, and spirit. We are experienced Registered Yoga Teachers with over a combined 18 years yoga teaching. In addition, Lisa has been leading guided hikes for over six years with a certification in Wilderness First-Aid and Life guarding.
We are passionate about sharing this love with our fellow nature and yoga community. Along with our passion, we are committed to providing an atmosphere of love, acceptance, and excitement always in the spirit of health, wellness, and adventure!
