Rachel started practicing yoga in 2007 after her college cheerleading career came to an end. It was the physical aspect of yoga that sparked her interest. In 2014 Rachel decided to pursue her RYT 2oohr certification to deepen her own understanding and practice. Rachel loves combining Power Vinyasa with slow, mindful movements and a strong breath making practice a moving meditation. When Rachel is not practicing yoga you can find her doing AcroYoga, partner acrobatics, rock climbing, hiking, traveling, and adventuring outdoors!
