WeTravel is a payment platform specializing in helping group trip organizers and travel companies. It's used by yoga retreat leaders, student trip organizers, and tour operators. You can create your trip for free, making a beautiful trip page that is them easily shareable to help you in marketing your group trip or retreat. Or keep you trip private and share it only with your friends or chosen group.
With the WeTravel payment platform, there is no contract, no refund or cancellation fees, no setup costs or monthly costs. You pay processing fees starting at 1%.

Accept credit card payments
Major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, and Amex, among others, are all accepted by the WeTravel payment platform. There is a 2.9% credit card processing fee (3.9% for AMEX) that can be passed onto participants, or you can choose to absorb the fee yourself.
Accept Bank transfers for free
As well as accepting cards, the WeTravel payment system allows you to collect funds from US bank accounts at no additional fee.
Marketing and admin tools
WeTravel makes marketing easy. After creating a trip page you can easily share your listing on social media, and embed it in any website, or have it listed in our marketplace. We have the option to create flyers as well!
Multiple currencies

WeTravel Business
WeTravel is excited to offer the new service, WeTravel Business. It’s a white-label solution aimed at travel companies, that puts their brand front and center. We custom brand the booking process so that participants will see your branding when they book a trip. These trips aren’t listed on the marketplace as everything is branded with the company logo and managed through your own website or channels.
