Arrive at Ukunda or Mombasa Airport, where you’ll be picked up and taken to Diani. Settle into your chosen accommodation and get orientated at Ocean Tribe Dive Centre.

Spend your first days getting used to life in Diani. Get fitted with your equipment and review your personal training schedule. Begin the SSI Open Water Diver course, which runs over four days.

Start building your skills and dive count with the SSI Navigation, Deep, and Enriched Air Nitrox courses. Enjoy fun dives to gain experience.

Complete React Right CPR and First Aid training in one day. Follow up with the SSI Diver Stress & Rescue course over three days, plus more fun diving.

Begin dive theory with the SSI Science of Diving and Computer Diving courses. Continue logging dives and practicing key skills.

Complete the Night & Limited Visibility specialty course. Keep building your logged dives and underwater confidence.

Begin your SSI Dive Guide course, which is the first step into professional diving.
