Around the year 1900, an Italian immigrant named Silvano arrived as a child along with his family and settled in this region of the pampas. Over the years, he began working as a store employee and eventually managed to establish his own general store. In the year 1940, he purchased these lands from the Lennon family, who, like many other Irish families, had come to the region. They admired the Victorian style, which is reflected in the 1930 house that currently serves as the main residence.

The estate that Don Silvano acquired consists of 380 hectares. Due to the beauty of the place and his sociable nature, he started receiving friends. Eventually, his friends began to ask for a place to stay for more than just a day. This led to the creation of the first two guest rooms, in addition to his own.

In this way, Don Silvano initiated an activity that has continued for four consecutive generations. Toward the end of his life, he passed the estate to his son-in-law Santiago, who added two more rooms and a dining hall for 200 people by renovating the old stable. However, the real expansion occurred with Carlos, Santiago's son. Carlos constructed two more rooms in the main residence, a hall for 350 people, and another one for 150 people. He transformed the stable hall into a 16-room hotel, adding to the 7 rooms in the main residence, resulting in a total of 23 rooms. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, heating, and air conditioning.

Currently, an additional 2 rooms have been added to the main residence, bringing the total offering to 25 rooms with a capacity for 70 people.
