You must read and watch Nitrox course studying material before your diving day.

 You'll learn why diving with air that has more oxygen content, and less nitrogen gives you more bottom time, along with equipment considerations for enriched air. 

During a practical session:
You will discuss the management of oxygen exposure.
You will practice analyzing the oxygen content of your scuba tank.
You will adjust your dive computer to dive with enriched air nitrox.
