 Step on the mat for a nourishing day of goodness!

Sunday 9th December 10am -3pm 


Learn mindfulness tools and practices to take into our daily life and activities to live life with more calmness, peacefulness and joy. Research shows that living a mindful life can help reduce anxiety and stress.
 


What is Minfulness?


Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. It is a continuous practice that we can bring into our lives at home, at work, at school and in our communities to live life with more awareness, love, peace and joy. 

By bringing mindfulness into our daily activities - such as walking, sitting, eating, studying, drinking, waiting to check out at the shops, talking to a friend and hugging a loved one - we can nourish peace, calm, and joy in ourselves and therefore, share it with others. 

What’s included

  • Meditation techniques
    Practice walking meditation to slow down and enjoy your steps, and then come to seated to go through a guided breath awareness meditation
  • Lunch
    You will be served a healthy vegetarian lunch that is prepared with love from our very own Nomad Kitchen and Kombucha.
  • Deep relaxation session
    Knowing when to rest is a deep practice. Deep Relaxation is a practice of resting. Learn the art of resting and allow our body and our mind to restore themselves.
