Meditate, Relax, and enjoy the beauty of our local paradise, Pensacola Beach. Join Tara Taylor for a peaceful one day retreat on Pensacola Beach on Saturday, October 30th, 9am - 6pm.
Our day together will feature yoga and meditation practices designed to help you expand your awareness and reset your mindstate through relaxation, embodiment, and reflection. We will also share delicious vegan/vegetarian meals, tea, and allow downtime for you to spend on your own.
The accommodations for this event are in a beautiful and spacious beach house with a private dock in the backyard overlooking the sound. It is the PERFECT location for sunset gazing, and that is how we will close our day together.
The investment for this retreat including food and activities is $115. Payment in full is due upon registration, and payments are non-refundable as of one week prior to the retreat.

9 - 10am: Chai, Coffee and Breakfast
10-12 pm: Opening Circle & Awake and Aware Morning Yoga
12 - 1pm : FREE time to reflect & relax
1 - 2:pm : LUNCH
2 - 3:30 : FREE time to reflect and relax
3:30 - 5pm Gentle, Yin and Yoga Nidra with aromatherapy.
5 - 5:45pm Evening Tea, Snacks and Closing Circle
5;45-6pm: Sunset Gazing Session
