About this trip
This 10-day training program is led by Patricia Duarte, aka Padma, who is an experienced and established yoga trainer. This training program is certified by Yoga Alliance International from India. The 100-hr training would include asanas, mantras, mudras, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, yoga Nidra, meditation, and chakras, and subsequently equip you to take up yoga teacher training as a profession.
