Join me for a 9-night, 10-day intimate, family-style journey through southwestern France — a mix of iconic landmarks, incredible food and wine, and plenty of relaxed, good-time moments along the way.
I designed this trip because I love mixing the must-see highlights with real, local experiences — and doing it in a way that still feels easy, social, and fun. Expect great wine, amazing food, a bit of culture, a bit of adventure, and a lot of laughter along the way.
We start in Bordeaux because it’s the beating heart of French wine culture and also a stunning city to explore. Yes, we’ll see the landmarks like Bordeaux Cathedral and the grand squares — but we’ll also go deeper into lively neighborhoods, hidden corners, artisan workshops, and the everyday rhythm that most visitors miss.
From there, we head to Cognac to experience the real craft behind one of France’s most famous spirits — visiting producers, tasting at the source, and seeing how patience becomes something you can actually drink.
Then we move into the Dordogne, a region I chose for its unreal beauty and storybook feel. We’ll explore famous places like Rocamadour — yes, a bit iconic and touristy, but absolutely worth it — along with river valleys, medieval towns, Cahors wines, and unforgettable local food like Rocamadour cheese.
Last but not least; the Atlantic coast at Arcachon Bay, where we climb the Dune du Pilat, wander the elegant Ville d’Hiver, and enjoy oysters straight from the producers. It’s a completely different vibe — fresh, coastal, and effortlessly beautiful.
