You'll get a high dose of motivation and rejuvenation as Jacob leads you through his Mind Your Body Bali health retreat. This is a unique opportunity, soon-to-be exclusively available to 10in10 members only.
Your trip includes daily workouts, as well as fitness, nutrition and mindset seminars . You'll stay in stunning Uluwatu, in the private residence booked exclusively for our retreat. The retreat includes breakfast + lunch + dinner daily + an optional night out at Jimbaran Beach Club to enjoy a few drinks, some music and the beautiful views!
You'll have the opportunity to visit one of the most famous Balinese temples in southern Bali -- Uluwatu Temple, where you'll experience Balinese dance, music and other local cultural delights. You'll try your hand at 2 things you may not have tried before -- Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boarding, and surfing, with lessons included in both. Mountain bike through the beautiful landscapes of central Bali, and spend an afternoon of shopping, strolling, or simply relaxing in the famous beach town of Seminyak.
After being picked up at the airport, we'll check into the villa to get some sleep before starting the retreat in the morning! We'll gather for a family style lunch at the villa to get to know each other and discuss the schedule for the rest of the retreat.
This afternoon, we're going to have the chance to visit one of the most famous Balinese temples in southern Bali, Uluwatu Temple, with breathtaking sunset views out to the Indian Ocean. While there, we'll have the unique opportunity to witness the Kecak and Fire Dance in the open air theater, a spectacular traditional Balinese dance and fire show.
After the show, we'll continue on to Jimbaran Bay for a delicious seafood dinner on the beach before returning to the villa.
