About this trip

Our 100 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher training course  approaches Hatha Yoga traditionally as described in the ancient text the  Hatha Yoga Pradipika. In addition to the practice and study of a  variety of traditional Hatha Yoga poses, the course includes instruction  in adjustment and alignment, along with the traditional practices of  kriya (cleansing techniques), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to  ensure a fully holistic approach. This course will give you a true  understanding of how each of the traditional Hatha yoga practices impact  your mind, body and spirit. Across the two 100 hour courses (Part  I and Part II), participants gain the tools and confidence necessary to  teach and inspire their students from their own experience
The course is open to all levels of practitioner and will enable you to  build a strong foundation for your teaching and personal practice.  Please note that although upon completion of the program you will  receive a certificate, 100 hours of training will not qualify you to  teach. If, however, you are a certified yoga teacher already then the  hours can be used in addition to your preexisting certification.
