This BALANCE training centres around personal practice. There are notable teaching components, but teaching well involves first and foremost, personal practice. Participants are required to have completed 200H Yoga Certification or at least 2-years of regular yoga/ movement practice.
This 100-Hour BALANCE Intensive is designed for practitioners and teachers seeking to significantly elevate their personal practice. While not a teacher-training module, the depth of study naturally enhances your ability to guide others — which is why approximately 80% of past participants have been existing yoga teachers.
Key areas of study include:
Inversion + Arm Balance
Learn how to achieve challenging skills safely and receive effective tools for guiding others towards their version of balance.
Hatha Fusion Methodology
Study the structure and subtlety of the Hatha system, including advanced asana breakdowns, sequencing strategies, and alignment principles.
Meditation & Self-Inquiry
Establish a consistent meditation practice and explore methods of self-reflection that cultivate awareness, authenticity, and resilience.
Functional Movement
Incorporate modern mobility training, fascia integration, and strength-based practices that support sustainable longevity in life.
