100hr Restorative Yoga & Nervous System Regulation Teacher Training 

May 14th - 30th 2023

The Yogi’s Garden, Bali 

 In this 100hr  Teacher Training, we will learn the skills to repair & restore resilience to our nervous systems, rebuild emotional regulation & train up the skills to resourcefully handle, metabolise & bounce back from life’s stress. 

Learning the tools of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Neuro-resilience Brain Training, Attunement Therapy, & Self Regulation & Co Regulation Practices for rewiring the brain & toning the vagus nerve.
