This trip is fully inclusive and guarantees an amazing experience! As with previous Meet & Greets, this event is for those 18 and older. It's 100% all-inclusive, covering everything you'll need for an amazing time!

The Ocean Eden Bay is a new five-star resort for adults only. Pricing for all packages is Per Person.

Single occupancy must be booked with one (1) person

Double occupancy must be booked with two (2) people

Triple occupancy must be booked with three (3) people

Quad occupancy must be booked with four (4) people

The purchase of Travel Protection or Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment just in case "what if " happens.  It is better to have insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it!

Please review the following policy regarding deposits, payments, and cancellations for your reservation:

1. Deposits:
   
   • All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. This means that if you cancel your trip, you will not receive a refund for your deposit.
   • In the event of a roommate replacement, the deposit from the original reservation will not be applied to the replacement roommate's reservation. The replacement will be required to pay a new deposit.
2. Remaining Payments:
   
   • Cancellations made after August 1, 2024, and before January 1, 2025, will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the total amount paid, less the deposit.
   • Cancellations made after January 1, 2025, and before February 1, 2025, will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, less the deposit.
   • Cancellations made after February 1, 2025, are 100% nonrefundable.
3. Roommate Replacements:
   
   • If a roommate replacement occurs, all payments beyond the deposit are transferable from the original reservation to the replacement.
   • If no replacement is found, the refund policy outlined above will apply, and the remaining participant will be converted to single occupancy.
4. Group Rate and Trip Cancellation:
   
   • If the number of attendees is insufficient to maintain the group rates or if the trip is canceled by the organizers for any reason you will have the option to either receive a full refund of all monies paid, including the deposit or accept a revised trip pricing based on the number of confirmed attendees.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our contractual agreements with hotels and multiple vendors will not allow us to obtain refunds after booking to guarantee our group rates.

Making Payments 

Payments are not automatically drafted from your card or account. As a courtesy, you will receive automated reminders of your scheduled payments. It is your responsibility to log in and make your scheduled payment by the due date. 

If 2 payments are missed without communication to the organizers your reservation will be cancelled. 

If your reservation is not at least 50% paid in full by 3/1/2025 your reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellations & Changes 

Any changes and/or cancellations must be in writing. Any changes to your reservation should be sent via email to loungefamilymng2025@gmail.com or via WeTravel by sending a message to the organizer. Do not assume your change or cancellation has been received if you send a message via Facebook Messenger. Facebook messages can be missed or lost. 

It is understood that life happens and changes may need to be made and we will do what we can to accommodate your request. Please understand we are at the mercy of the suppliers and vendors being used to make this trip happen and are locked into the contracts they executed. 

Communication is mandatory if there will be any delays in installment payments.   

Deposits and Final Payments 

Deposits for the trip are being accepted until October 1st, 2024 to secure your spots on this trip. 

Your Payment is due in full no later than May 1st, 2025.

Your reservation will be auto-canceled if your reservation is not paid in full by 12:01 AM EST on May 2nd, 2025. There will be no exceptions to this deadline. 

All payments and deposits are applied toward your reservation to secure your spot on this trip. 

All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable - What that means is if you cancel your trip you will not get a refund for your deposit.  If there is a roommate replacement on your reservation the deposit will not be applied to the replacement roommate reservation.  The replacement will need to pay a new deposit.

All remaining payments 

• Cancellations made after August 1, 2024, and before January 1, 2025, will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the total amount paid, less the deposit.

If there are not enough attendees to fulfill the trip at the group rates we have been provided by 12/1/2024 or this trip is canceled by the organizers for any reason you will have the option of a full refund of any monies paid or our trip being repriced with the number of confirmed attendees we have.  

Check Payments and Returned Checks

For your convenience to avoid credit card processing fees we are accepting checks as a form of payment. 

If for any reason your payment is returned by your bank there will be a $35 return payment fee accessed to your reservation. 

The payment will need to be made up within 7 days or before the final payment due date (whichever comes first) to keep your reservation. Failure to make up the payment within the mentioned deadline will result in the cancellation of your reservation and subject to the outlined refund and cancellation policy. 

Activities and Events 

Participation in the events listed in this itinerary can only be purchased from the organizers of the group. Please note that if you do not purchase the full package you will not be included in activities booked for the group.  

This package can not be broken up or separated in any way not offered in the package pricing. You only have the option to purchase the full package that is offered. 

Roommate Replacements/Name Changes

Roommate replacements and name changes will be accepted through May 1st, 2025. At the cost of a $250. After this date no changes can be made to the reservation.

User data such as credit card numbers, bank accounts, or SSNs are immediately and securely transmitted to our payment provider with bank-grade SSL encryption. Our payment provider in the US is Square (www.square.com), one of the world’s largest payment providers, used by many large internet companies such as Facebook and Twitter. WeTravel, Simply Amazing Experiences, LLC. and SAE Travels do not have access at any point to the user’s financial data. 

Credit Card & Check Payments

Payments by credit card will incur a standard 2.9% transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% for AMEX. There are no fees for ACH bank account payments/Check Payments. ACH transfers will not post to your reservation for 5-7 business days.

Returned checks are assessed a $35 return payment fee that will be added to your reservation in the event of a returned check for any reason.  

Traveling to Jamaica can be an amazing experience! Here are some things that will help your travel go smoothly:

1. Passport: Make sure your passport is valid for the duration of your stay. While Jamaica doesn’t require that your passport be valid for six months beyond your stay, it’s generally a good idea to ensure it has some buffer time. Your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay.  

2. Visa Requirements: U.S. citizens do not need a visa for short visits (up to 90 days) for tourism or business purposes.

3. Health Precautions: Check if you need any vaccinations before traveling. It’s also a good idea to have travel insurance in case of medical emergencies. 

4. Entry Requirements: Be prepared to show proof of onward travel or return flight. Customs and immigration officers might ask for this.

5. Currency: The currency in Jamaica is the Jamaican Dollar (JMD), but U.S. dollars are widely accepted. It’s a good idea to have some local currency for small purchases.

6. Safety: While Jamaica is generally safe for tourists, it’s wise to stay informed about any travel advisories. Be cautious with personal belongings and avoid areas known for high crime rates.

7. Local Customs and Laws: Respect local customs and be aware of Jamaican laws. For example, drug laws are strict, and possession of illegal substances can lead to severe penalties.

8. Transportation: Renting a car is common, but be aware that driving is on the left side of the road in Jamaica. Alternatively, taxis and ride-sharing services are available.

9. Emergency Services: The emergency number for police is 119, and for medical emergencies, it’s 110.

10. Climate and Packing: Jamaica has a tropical climate, so pack light, breathable clothing, and don’t forget sunscreen, a hat, and insect repellent.

12 pm - 7 pm - Arrivals

Upon landing at Sangster International Airport and clearing customs and immigration, shared airport transportation will be ready to take you to Ocean Eden Bay Resort.

3 pm - 8 pm - Check-In

Check into your luxurious, adults-only, all-inclusive accommodations at Ocean Eden Bay.

7 pm - 9 pm - Welcome to Jamaica Lounge Family

Karaoke Cocktail Welcome Hour

The Meet & Greet week begins with a cocktail hour, complete with an open bar and a variety of hearty appetizers. The evening's main event is a Karaoke mixer designed to break the ice. We'll introduce the attendees, outline the week's game, and distribute swag bags.

After day 1 check-ins, it's time to explore Jamaica, and it's not a Lounge Family Meet & Greet without good weather and a boat party! 

1:30 pm - 8:30 pm - Lounge Family Boat Party 

A bus will be in the lobby to pick up our group for our bus ride to Negril. This is a fully inclusive private excursion for just our group. Once we arrive in Negril, our catamaran will be waiting for us. We will have music, food, an open bar, and the opportunity to snorkel at the beautiful 7-mile beach. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also watch cliff divers or even cliff dive yourself, and then swim over to Rick's Cafe.

We all love a good 'free' day! After two action-packed days, today is all about doing your own thing. You can roam around the resort, we're known to take over a pool, enjoy the swim-up bar, or simply relax in the lazy river. I'm thinking of celebrating July birthdays, maybe with a lovely dinner at the resort followed by a fun night out in Montego Bay. Or, we could have a blast at the resort's nightclub or lodge.

Just a heads up that any activities off of the resort will an additional costs on this day.

6 pm - 11 pm - Lounge Family MNG 

This meet & greet will be like no other.  Yes it will be open bar, yes a DJ will be spinning, yes there will be food served, yes photos will be taken, yes you will have your tee shirt, yes we will have the Loungies, but no, that's not all! Its our 10th year and we will have a special performance.

3pm - 6pm - Lounge Family Beach BBQ 

We will be sent off Jamaican style with a Lounge Family BBQ.  There's nothing better than fellowship and reflecting on the amazing past few days we had.  Eating amazing Jamaican cuisine, and just catching the vibe wishing we just had a few more days.

Shared airport transportation will be arranged for your travel back home.
