An early morning breakfast drive toward the southwestern side of Rwanda. Stopover in Nyanza at King Palace Museum in Nyanza continue to Nyungwe national park one of the world‘s most beautiful and pristine forests. 

Enjoy breathtaking scenery and is the vintage point for picturesque views of the Virungas and DRC at the bottom of the largest dark forest in east Africa, Nyungwe Forest National Park, walking the bottom of the dark rain forest under the old and giant trees, the flying monkeys, paradise birds and start the challenge of the day: after walking in the forest, you will be challenged by stepping on the 200 m extended on two hills bridge. 

Above the forest at 70 m, on a shaking bridge, this will be the time to test your balance resilience. From there you will have an incredible endless view of Lake Kivu and the green forest which makes this trip very photogenic. later afternoon, drive to Kitabi Eco center and visit the tea plantation.

Overnight in Rusizi

After breakfast, at your hotel you will cross to Bukavu and then proceed with a city tour in Bukavu  or Visit one of the Christian churches in Bukavu after that explore Bukavu Tryout local food Overnight at Panorama 

In the morning after breakfast, you will head for the memorable adventure of tracking the lowland gorillas in Kahuzi Biega National Park. Trekking lowland Gorillas is an amazing experience, lowland Gorillas differ from mountain gorillas, the lowland gorillas are bigger in size, and it usually takes 1-4 hours to track the lowland Gorillas. The lowland Gorillas stay in bigger families as compared to mountain gorillas and unlike Mountain Gorillas which can be found also in Rwanda and Uganda, Eastern Lowland Gorillas are endemic to DR Congo. This comes as a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Later in the afternoon drive back to the hotel in Bukavu.  

In the Morning after breakfast at the hotel you will head to Bukavu port where you will catch a boat to Goma, Upon your arrival to Goma go straight and cross the order, and continue a few kilometers to Kivu lakeside beach for lunch after you will get a chance to experience difference lake Kivu activities like motorboat experience, swimming, fishing, enjoying the views, and many other activities

After your breakfast, go to culture cow Bigogwe culture cow you will experience how to milk, and Ghee making, Walking on beautiful green farms, Play Cowboys games, taste local traditional food, Hike Ibere rya Bigogwe rock, will learn how cows play a great importance in the Rwandan culture, a symbol of wealth, prosperity and identity; you will get to know how they are used to pay marriage dowry and bride price. Milk is, as a result, also important culturally. You will get to know all the associated cultural rites with it and how Rwanda has been dealing with “Gira Inka Munyarwanda” program known as Cows to all Rwandans to facilitate Genocide survivors rebuild themselves after the darkest period.

After that you will go to Iby’wacu Cultural Center, the indigenous village neighboring the Volcano National Park, which will be rich in traditional and cultural spectaculars. The village supports the former poachers and communities around the park. Villagers are very welcoming and happy to receive new faces. The Intore dancers are beautifully adorned, with spears in their dance. 

Overnight in Musanze

In The Morning after breakfast, you will go to Mt. Bisoke one of the eight volcanoes in the Virunga mountains range of the Albertine Rift in the western part of the East African rift.

Go to Kinigi headquarters, and have a briefing from the assigned ranger after that You will start Hiking mount Bisoke. 

Ascending takes about 6 hours to get to the summit and descending takes approximately 2 hours.

Overnight in Musanze 

After morning Breakfast you will drive down to Kabale in Uganda’s highest town (2000 m), with beautiful, lush scenery along the way. We will stay at Lake Bunyonyi, Africa’s deepest crater lake (900 m, Bunyonyi means “place of little birds”, so you can expect to view interesting and unique bird life. After lunch you will take a guided walk to visit the locals in the community, visit the Batwa community or go canoeing on the lake (we will check the easiest possibility among the two activities). Return back to the lodge for your Dinner and overnight there.

Start driving to Queen Elisabeth after your breakfast and later afternoon, arrive in Queen Elizabeth National Park- the road winds up into the forested hills, and the views are breathtaking you have plenty of time to admire them because    

some stretches are unsurfaced that you can only drive very slowly. It passes through deep-farmed valleys. The drive is reminiscent of what one would experience driving through central Europe- indeed this region of Uganda  is often referred to as “Little Switzerland.” 

After checking in a Lodge around, you will go for a boat cruise in Kazinga Channel, you will have to encounter the largest number of hypos in the world, crocodiles, water buffalo, and swimming elephants to list a few.
