I had an amazing week in the beautiful Island of Tenerife. Adah and Ricardo ran a relaxing and hugely beneficial retreat. This included both indoor and outdoor yoga, breath work, hikes along stunning coastline and quiet beaches, opportunities to swim in the sea, fantastic food from Rachel, a variety of different and very interesting workshops and great company. The location and accommodation allowed for time to swim, read, meditate, look at the beautiful moon and stars or the morning sunrise. Optional one to one sessions were a real benefit with a massage that helped bring up trauma in the body and mindfulness coaching. Highly recommended. Would love to go back!

When I arrived I was sad and hurting. When I left I was in cloud nine! In just one week! Yoga postures, meditation, chanting, singing, hiking, swimming, great food and dancing☺️. Loved it! Can’t wait to come back.

This retreat was very enlightening. Not only did it involve quality yoga sessions, but it involved a deeper exploration of the mind. Aday and Ricardo were a healthy combination of present yet discreet, supportive and encouraging without giving too many answers. In true essence it prompted a further spiritual awakening. I would recommend this Retreat for someone looking to deepen their practice, and with a real thirst for learning and expansion in this space. A fantastic experience overall.
