Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposit/Payments & Refunds:

A deposit is required to confirm your booking with DIVA GETAWAYS. By making this deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payments:

• All payments to the WeTravel Payment Platform will be applied to your booking.  
• Your booking is listed under the Agency: DIVA GETAWAYS and cannot be accessed independently by you.  Any questions asked to NCL will be directed to me, your Travel Advisor/Travel Agency.  
• Payments you submit via credit card, debit card, or checking account will show in your account established when you complete your booking on WeTravel.
• You can see all payments (less fees) to keep updated on your balance due.

Refunds: 

• All payments including deposits, made on the WeTravel payment platform or to DIVA GETAWAYS, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel Insurance is Recommended.

Prices: All prices are subject to change until confirmed with a full deposit. NCL itinerary is subject to change by the cruise line, without advanced notice.

GROUP AMENITIES - The selection of amenities must be identical and will apply to both Cabin mates.    

Studio & Inside: Choose 2 amenities from the Affinity Group Amenities list or Non-Gratuity Amenity List 

Oceanview & Above: Receive all 4 amenities from the Affinity Group Amenities $ list or Non-

Affinity Group Amenities - List:

A - Beverage  or Soda Package not including gratuities (1st and 2nd guest only) *Premium Beverage Package 

B - Ultimate Dining Package not including gratuities (1st and 2nd guest only) *3 meals (Balcony and above)  2 meals (Studio/Inside/Oceanview)

C - $50 Shore Excursion Credit (per cabin) Per Port/Day,  One credit per port allowed. Credits cannot be transferred, or carried over.  Credit will be forfeited if not used for that day.

D - Internet Package Applicable to Guest 1 & 2, receive 300 Minutes per person

Non-Gratuity Amenities - List:

A-NG - $50 Shore Excursion Credit (per cabin*), Per Port/Day  One credit per port allowed. Credits cannot be transferred, or carried over.  Credit will be forfeited if not used for that day.

B-NG - Internet Package Applicable to Guests 1 & 2 receive 300 Minutes per person

C-NG - 10 Photos Package (per cabin)

D-NG - $100 OBC (per cabin)

*Shore credit is applied to 1st guest only. If both cabin mates participate in an excursion, splitting the credit is up to the 1st guest.

Travel Insurance: (Statement on behalf of the client)

• I (The Client) acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance or cruise insurance (offered by NCL or another insurance company) to protect my investment.
• The purpose of travel insurance is to cover my vacation investment should any unexpected circumstances occur beyond human control.
• Traveling without insurance may put my entire trip investment and medical emergencies at risk of loss.
• Note: Insurance claim approval is determined by the travel insurance company, and DIVA GETAWAYS accepts absolutely no responsibility for any denied claims.
• For more information regarding insurance coverage and needs, please contact the Travel Advisor (TA) for clarity.
• NCL Insurance: Can be added to this cruise on the pricing page. Contact the TA.
• 3rd Party Vendors:
  • Allianz Travel Insurance: Allianz Travel Insurance (add Agency ID #F214245)

Monthly payments: Your invoice will note your payment plan and as a courtesy, you will receive monthly electronic reminders. 

Roommate: You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making monthly payments. We will make every effort to notify you if your roommate is no longer compliant with our payment policy. 

Changes: The hotel used for pre-stay may change.  We will do our best to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if they are deemed to be necessary for any reason. 

Name Changes: Name changes are permitted, and name corrections are possible until final payment is received.  After that, a fee may or may not be imposed by the cruise line.    

Final Payment Date:  However, if the payment is received after the final payment date, the reservation will be canceled and a new rate/cost may be generated to reinstate the reservation. A new rate could be substantially more than the original reservation depending on the availability of the cabin requested. 

*Communication:* We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, leading to delayed payments. If you anticipate any difficulties in making timely payments, we urge you to contact our agency as soon as possible. Open communication allows us to explore possible solutions to help you avoid unnecessary penalties.  

*Disputes:* If you believe there is an error in the invoiced amount or have questions about a charge, please contact our agency to resolve any disputes promptly.  

*Continued Services:* Failure to settle overdue invoices may result in the suspension or termination of your reservation until the outstanding balance is cleared. We aim to avoid such situations, and we encourage proactive communication to prevent any disruptions to your reservation with DIVA GETAWAYS.

Hotel Amenities: Hotel amenities may change without notice.

Cruise Upgrades/Special Assistance: Should you require an upgrade of your room accommodations please advise in advance. In addition, should you require accessible services, i.e. on the ship, at the airport, or in the hotel, please communicate these desires immediately.
