Eat delicious vegan food from local organic producers and super food ingredients! The food is vegan. yogic and plant based, carefully set together and prepared by experienced cooks. Food that will make your body happy.
Example of a general day schedule at the retreat:
- 7- 9 am: Morning yoga & meditation
- 9 am: Breakfast
- 10.30 am: Excursion or class
- 1 pm: Lunch
- 3- 5 pm: excursion or class
- 6-7 pm: Evening meditation & chanting, optional yoga
- Freetime/ group session/ bonfire
