Join the bus after breakfast as we explore the city of Accra. Visit the National Museum- a house of  fascinating collections of Ghana’s historical treasures. Proceed to Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum- the last resting  place of the first President of Ghana, his life and works, the mausoleum, and his statue, which stands on the  spot. Continue to the Center for National Culture where you will find traditional handicrafts in various forms  from all over Ghana and West Africa, consisting of workshops and art galleries. After lunch, finish off the day  at The Du-Bois Center. – Lunch @ BUKA Restaurant. 

After breakfast, head for the Batik fabric making experience at Adenta. Here, all tourists will be given  lessons on how to make the batik/ tie-n-dye designs on a piece of cloth. Each tourist will choose their own  design and print them on the cloth which they keep as souvenirs. This tour comes with refreshment (snacks).  – Lunch @ Chez Clarisse Restaurant. 

Check-out and make our way to the Central Region of Ghana. Visit the famous Kakum National Park canopy walk experience and determine if you can go through the 7 stages of the canopy walk. Head to Oasis  Beach Resort for some amazing lunch buffet. A good combination of continental and sea food. Have lunch  and Proceed to the Elmina and Cape Coast Castles to experience and listen to the history of slavery in Ghana,  how it started and how the slaves were treated. Check-in @ Elmina Beach Resort for the night. 

Check-out at 12:00 noon and join the bus to Takoradi, in the Western Region of Ghana. Check in at  Stellar Lodge and spend the night. Enjoy the rest of the day along the beautiful beaches of Takoradi. Enjoy a  night out with the team in the Oil City of Takoradi. 

Check out in the morning and head to Accra. On the way, visit Nzulezu, an amazing village where life  goes on in the centre of lake Tadane, just 90km west of Takoradi. The houses are built on stilts, and traditional  village life adapts to the watery conditions. Return to Accra and enjoy a night’s stay @ Swiss Spirit Alisa Hotel  with breakfast. 

Check out, head for Airport to Tamale in the Northern Region of Ghana via Africa World Airlines/  Passion Air. Arrive in Tamale, Join the bus and head to Jeyad’s Lodge. Enjoy a complimentary meal on arrival  and head out in the evening for a night out.   

Enjoy some local northern breakfast and join the team as we make our way towards the Upper Regions  of Ghana. Visit the Pikworo slave camp and the Tongo and Tenzug village. Proceed to Paga, popularly known  to be home of the sacred sanctuary for crocodiles. The reptiles are enticed from the water by the custodians  which allows tourists to touch/ hold these reptiles. Get the best photos with these crocodiles. Continue to the  border line of Ghana and Burkina Faso and Dr. Kwame Nkrumah’s Safe House (located on a hill)

Check-out after breakfast as we head for Kumasi via road. Visit the Mole National Park- Come the  closest you can with nature and wildlife during this Safari drive. Continue on a Canoe Cruise through Mognori, then to Larabanga where we visit the mystique stone – the story is told about the stone that keeps reappearing  at the same spot when taken from there). Arrive in Kumasi and Check in @ Marian’s Guest House. Freshen  up and rest for the evening.
