Namaste wonderful yogis! This trip consists of 6 day yoga retreat and 8 days tour to Chitwan National Park, Lumbini (Birth place of Lord Buddha) and back to Kathmandu, making it a 14 day trip altogether, perfect for rejuvenation, nature and culture explorers.
The six day yoga retreat focuses on delivering a deeper teaching and understanding of yoga and meditation. During this time our guest will be exposed to various methods of meditation as well as sampling several styles of yoga which are composed into our traditional daily Hatha yoga practice. The length of this retreat ensures a more defined establishment of a daily yoga routine for our guests, making it easier to continue with this practice and introduce it into daily life after returning home.
This retreat is also inclusive of one session of Trekker's massage and on Sunrise yoga with tandem paragliding, overlooking Pokhara's Fewa lake and Mt. Macchupucherre.
This retreat is for you if you wish to enrich your life, learn new techniques as well as polish up on your existing knowledge and improve your health and well being on a physical, mental and emotional level. This course has proven to be an insightful experience for many of our guests who were able to kick some bad habits, improve their outlook, adopt a positive attitude and embark on a new path of a more healthy and conscious lifestyle and become more calm and gentle in the process.

7:00am: Herbal Tea Time
7:30am: Jala Neti
Yogic nasal cleansing with neti pot and grounding practices in the garden
8:00am: Morning Yoga
Pranayama, Dynamic Hatha Yoga & Static Asanas
9:45am: Yogic Breakfast
11:00am: Wellness Activities
Aromatherapy Steam Bath, Mud Bath, Himalayan Pink Salt Foot Bath, Aromatherapy Steam Inhalation, Self-Massage with various massage tools provided
Afternoon
12:30pm: Sound Bath - Sound immersion with gong, ancient singing bowls, bells and ocean drum
1:00pm: Yogic Lunch
2:00pm: Leisure Time - Time to rest and relax in our garden, read, explore the area, journal, meditate, self-practice, nap or swim in the nearby outdoor pool etc.
4:00pm: Herbal Tea Time & Snacks
4:30pm: Bhakti Yoga - Chanting of mantras and kirtan

5:30pm: Evening Yoga - Dynamic Hatha with elements of Flow, Power, Ashtanga and Vinyasa
6:30pm: Yoga Nidra - Guided relaxation and visualisation
7:00pm: Yogic Dinner
8:00pm: Silent Meditation
We end the day with silence - in a candle-lit yoga hall, with Buddha and powerful Mahamitreonjaya Mantra
