Detailed Itinerary 

Day 1: Arrival at Arusha International Airport

Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be picked up by your driver and transferred to your lodge for the night in Arusha.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

You will travel to Tarangire National Park; the park has baobab trees which are a fascinating feature of this park. The animals mostly concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the water supply within the area. The national park also has variety of animal life that includes leopard, elephants, lions, and cheetah. Have a game drive where you will view animals including lions, leopards, elephants, cheetah as well as birds.

Day 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

Have an early morning drive then back to the campsite for Breakfast. Have breakfast and drive to Lake Manyara  staying at the base of the great Rift Valley escarpments, this national park is also recognized for its unique beauty and its game include; the elephants, buffalos, wildebeests and the giraffes.

On your lucky day you might see the famous tree climbing lions. After Lunch at the picnic area do a drive as exit the park towards your Camp for the night in Karatu

                    Day 4: Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park

Have breakfast and after start your journey to Serengeti National Park. You will enjoy scenic views along the way as you including the beautiful vegetation that attract the eyes. Have a lunch stop over at the Kopje in the Serengeti and later proceed in to the national park to enjoy an afternoon game drive including; the elephants, wildebeests, lions, antelopes, birds, zebras and many more. Later on proceed into the park and go for a game drive

Day 5 & Day 6: Serengeti (Full Day)

You will spend the next 2 days doing full day game viewing around the Serengeti, depending on the time of the year as well as the migration of the herds, you will expect to view many baboons, hippos, Rhinos, antelopes, wildebeest, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, lions as well as birds. You will also enjoy the scenery of the park as well as the vegetation. After, return to the camp for your dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro

After breakfast you will depart with packed lunches to The Ngorongoro Crater (Conservation Area). Once you pass through the entry gates you will descend into the crater and spend the rest of the day on an amazing game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest volcanic caldera. It is almost 20 km wide, approximately 600 m deep and is known for its large variety of wildlife. In addition to viewing the Big Five  (Rhinos,  Leopards,  Lions,  Buffalo  and  Elephants)  various  springs  attract  animals  such  as Wildebeests, Gazelles, Reedbucks and countless bird species. You will stop to have lunch at a beautiful designated picnic area around noon. The Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most important protected areas in Africa, with a diverse eco-system, which boasts to be the home of 2-3 million wild animals. Ngorongoro is  beautifully  located  with  lakes,  grasslands,  swamps  and  forests  on  the  escarpment,  which  give  an impressive panoramic view of animals and scenery. Later in the afternoon you will proceed to your lodge/Camp located outside the park for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 8; Ngorongoro-Lake Natron -Longido

After Breakfast we drive towards a Soda lake called Lake Natron, this should the best adventure off the beaten track. It is the most important area for flamingos breeding in the world. Do walks around the lake and streams along the escarpment.

After lunch at the lake we drive to Longido Village. A Maasai Tribe village. Here we get to visit Maasai homes known as Boma. On our way we should be able to see large number of goats and possibly cows getting back home after their grazing.

Depending on arrival time, on our way, we get taught how to throw a spear. Mostly used by Maasai Morani(Warriors) to protect the family and the community in General. Later in the evening you get to witness Maasai women milking cows or goats. For dinner we get to make dinner using Maasai tradition woods or just make using a gas which will be available. 

We get our dinner around the fireworks with some stories along the way. You then get to have a beautiful sleep under the stars. If you are not a vegetarian Maasai barbeque is one of the best you can have so we can arrange. Will fun eating while seating in a circle while one person cutting the meat for the whole group

We sleep overnight at the Boma.

Day 9- Longido-Arusha -Zanzibar

We wake up in the morning. Depending on the time of the year, we can do a small walk to the water area. This is where people and their livestock get their water. You then do a small hike towards Longido Mountain. Then we do a quick stop at Longido Primary School before we depart on time to Arusha for your flight to Zanzibar. Ready to get some sunny days in the sandy beaches of Zanzibar.

Day 10-12 –Zanzibar Beach Days

For the next 3 days spend your time at the beach. You can arrange different activities with your lodge. Zanzibar has got a lot of water activities and on this day, you will relax and enjoy these endless beaches of Zanzibar as you stay near the beach hotel. There is a range of water activities that can be enjoyed by the visitors including; scuba diving, boat trips, snorkeling, swimming, canoeing and many more.

Day 12: Transfer to the stone town

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to Dhow Palace which is found in the stone town. You will carry out the spice tour on your way to the town. It helps to provide the tourists with the information about the spices as well as the grown herbs and the detailed description about their traditional uses in the medicine cosmetics as well as cooking.

Day 13: Have a historical stone town tour or a private Island trip

You will have a historical stone town tour and this will take you through the fabled stone town, where it will appear still. Visit the Dr. Living stone’s house of wonders, the Palace museum and the Arab Fort and many more. You will have a chance to see Zanzibar’s market, winding alleyways, studded doors, cathedrals as well as countless mosques. Another option might be a boat tour to the prison, the private island trip, safari Blue and many more.

  Day 14: Departure ; Have breakfast and after transfer to the airport catch your flight.
