The Deposit is to save your seat.  The Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.  The Deposit payment is deducted from your total balance. You can pay in installments with free interest until paid in full. PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE 90 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP DEPARTURE DATE.

REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE ONLY TO THOSE WHO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE, PROVIDED CANCELLATION CONDITIONS ARE MET. 

 Booking: A non-refundable deposit of $299 per person is required to reserve a space on a tour. The deposit amount is due immediately in order to ensure your space/reservation. The final payment is due on the date stated on your invoice. All payments made towards the balance will not be refunded. If traveling with a roommate please be aware that you will be responsible for the additional cost for Single Occupancy in the event of cancellation and if another roommate cannot be found. JW Trips™ will not be responsible for finding another traveler as a roommate. 

Cancellations, Refunds, and Trip Interruptions: Due to the nature of group travel and contracting with service providers, deposits and payments made cannot be refunded. Unused hotel accommodations or any unused features or segments of the purchased tour are not refundable or exchangeable for other services. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and will require a separate purchase.

Daily temperatures in New York during December range from about 41° F (5° C) in the early morning to near 24° F (-4° C).

 You can get to the Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) by flying in a plane or riding a car, bus, or train. Your flight ticket isn't included. A TownePlace Suites by Marriott BWI Airport Hotel Shuttle will pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel nearby, where the JWTrips guides will be waiting for you. You can go to your hotel room starting at 3:00 p.m.

We'll be staying at this hotel for just one night. It's about a 45-minute drive from Washington, DC.

In the morning, we will pick you up on a motor coach bus to begin the day in Washington, DC.   

First stop is a guided tour of the Museum of the Bible. We will visit 4 major exhibits in this two hours tour. 

We will pause for lunch at 12:30p - 1:30p by eating at the museum cafeteria.

To enjoy all the main monuments in Washington DC, we will start our panoramic drive from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. We will quickly stop at the following monuments: US. Capitol, World War 2 Memorial, Martin Luther King Memorial, Lincoln Memorial (hop on/hop off), and The White House. 

At 4:00 pm, we will continue our journey to NY. We will arrive in the evening at your hotel near Warwick Bethel.   *Driving time from Washington to New York Hotel is approximately 6hrs

You can rest in the morning and have lunch before we depart for our next visit.

In the afternoon, we will start with the self-guided tour of the new World Headquarters in Warwick! You will be able to enjoy three amazing exhibits: “The Bible and the Divine Name,” “A People for Jehovah's Name,” and “Faith in Action.”

After the tour,  we will return to the hotel.

In the morning, we will tour the Patterson Educational Center. Here, you will learn about our Art Department, Legal Department, Audio and Video Department, etc. Remember to take pictures with Caleb and Sophia! We will stop for lunch at a nearby food court.

We will tour Wallkill, now the United States Branch Office, in the afternoon. You will walk through the presses and learn how our publications are made. 

After touring Wallkill, we will stop at the Harvest Inn Gift Shop to enjoy some time at this hidden gem owned by brothers. At their coffee bar, you can shop for exclusive meetings, ministry items, and many unique gifts while enjoying refreshments, snacks, and more. Included is a group dinner at the Harvest Inn. 

After that, we will drive back to the hotel so you can rest.

After breakfast, we will depart by bus to New York City. We will make our first stop at St. Paul's Chapel, a U.S. National Historic Landmark, to see one of the few places in NYC where you can see the tetragrammaton Jehovah's name (g04 1/22 p. 3). After, we will visit the 9/11 Memorial.

Then we will go to the Chelsea Area. There, you can dine on your own and take photos of the area, visit Highline Park, and more.

At 8:00 pm., The bus will depart from the Chelsea Area and return to our hotel.

Depart to Newark International Airport, NJ (EWR) for your returning flight. When booking your flight back home, keep in mind you will be arriving at the airport no earlier than 10:30 a.m. or 11:00 a.m.
