The 8 weeks include 2 weeks of group preparation prior to your Journey and 5 weeks facilitated integration program and mastermind post Journey. You will be fully supported by top practitioners in a variety of modalities, beautifully integrated to create peak experiences and positive life transformation. 

Our magical week in Costa Rica will include plant medicine ceremonies, yoga, conscious movement/ecstatic dances, breathwork, meditation, shamanic drumming, temezcal (Native American sweat lodge) and/or much more. Your Journey staff are fellow high achievers who have had great material success and more importantly have found greater fulfillment, love and joy through their own Journeys. We are grateful to be partnered with Reunion @ Sugar Beach, a new medicine retreat center fully remodeled and opened by our fellow 1heart Tribe member. 

As the name would imply, we have a beachfront location for this 1heart experience, and what a special beach it is. You will enjoy a private slice of a pristine Costa Rican beach just steps from your room in one of the most beautiful and popular areas of the country. 

You'll enjoy beachfront lux rooms on 30 acres of gorgeous Costa Rican land. Nestled between the beach and the mountains, there are beautiful views all around and a nice breeze off the ocean to complement the warm temperatures. 

With a restaurant featuring healthy and tasty meals, you will eat very good and super well. Delicious natural, fresh, vegetarian, and fish/chicken meals with much of the ingredients farmed locally.

*Costa Rica has lifted all travel restrictions so you baring any unexpected changes, travel will be open without any testing or other requirements for entry. As of now the US still requires testing to return which we provide a solution to you on-site if you are leaving directly following the retreat. 1heart also currently requires guest testing 72-hours before a Journey and we are not sure if that requirement will still be in place prior to this Journey.

Arrive in Costa Rica deeply prepared for this transformational experience. You'll receive our 25-page preparation and elevation guides custom created (readings, journaling prompts, dieta guide/recipes and more) for your Journey ahead. You'll also participate in virtual video calls with your fellow participants as well as your Elevation Team leader and smaller Elevation Group.
