This trip starts in Victoria Falls or Livingstone or in a lodge/hotel in Kasane. It's a one-night, two-day camping safari. The river cruise and game drive are considered the highlights of the trip. You get the opportunity to get up close and personal with fantastic birdlife, hippo, crocodile, and of course, scores of elephant and Cape buffalo that make their way down to the river to quench their thirst.
The clients are transferred from Victoria Falls/Livingstone to Botswana at 07:00. Guests are met at Kazungula by their guide and are escorted through the immigration formalities. A short briefing will follow on some important facts such as safety and some regional information. Clients staying in Kasane, are picked up from their respective hotels and lodges to start the tour with others. At 09:30, guests commence a 3-hour boat cruise into the Chobe National Park. The river cruise is considered one of the highlights of the trip, as one gets the opportunity to get up close and personal with fantastic birdlife, hippo, crocodile, and of course, scores of elephant and Cape buffalo that make their way down to the river to quench their thirst. The boat cruise ends at the Coffee Buzz at 12:30. After a satisfying meal, there is an opportunity to do some last-minute shopping in Kasane, as there are no shops within the park for any extras that guests may require.
