Spend two days on horseback exploring the remote mountain trails of the Cordón del Plata, riding through valleys, streams, and high ridges far from the usual routes.
The journey begins at Rancho Don Daniel and takes you progressively deeper into the Andes. Along the way, you’ll cross changing mountain landscapes and reach elevations close to 4,000 meters, accompanied by people who know these trails and have spent their lives riding here.
At the end of the first day, we reach our camp at approximately 3,000 meters. There, we prepare a traditional meal over the fire, share Mendoza wine, and spend the night in tents under the Andean sky.
The following morning, after breakfast at camp, we saddle the horses again and continue through the mountains before returning to the ranch by a different route.
Throughout both days, all meals, camping logistics, horses, professional guidance, and transportation from Mendoza are organized for you, so you can focus on the journey and life in the mountains.
