We had a wonderful safari experience with Mikumi Holiday Safaris. From the beginning, Benson was incredibly accommodating to our requests and made sure that our guides took additional requests (strange as they may have seemed) in stride. Ayner and Jonathan gave us the best possible chances of spotting wildlife and getting us close to the action, and their knowledge of the area and the animals was impressive. I would only suggest more clarity around the fact that night safaris are additional to the other costs, but that did not detract from getting in morning, noon and evening game drives. Truly a memorable experience for my family and a walk down memory lane for me.

Amazing safari in Mikumi over two days. Our guide, Francis, was excellent, and we went out at sunrise each morning and saw all of the big animals that are home to the park. This included an adult leopard which is very rare, multiple prides of lions, lots of elephants, pumba, impala, buffalo, hippos and crocodiles, among others. The company also booked us a flight from the Mikumi air strip back to Zanzibar at very short notice and were attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend! Particularly flying directly in and out of the park air strip from Zanzibar and save yourself the long drive from Dar Es Salaam.
