We had the most unforgettable experience, and it was worth every penny to have Fly Cusco handle all of the planning for us for this portion of our vacation. The bus guide was very knowledgeable and kind, gave us all of our tickets in a very organized manner, which was easy to use to navigate every step of our trip. The train was perfect, and my family was seated together. In Aguas Calientes, we had a hiccup with the hotel we were assigned, but Fly Cusco handled the situation immediately and made sure we had somewhere clean and safe for our family to stay. I can't thank them enough for taking our concerns seriously and addressing them right away! Finally the cherry on top was our guide, Martin, on Machu Picchu. He was such a brilliant and philosophical man, really took his time to make sure we had an unforgettable experience, and even took insta-worthy photos and videos of my family that we will treasure forever. Fly Cusco really made us feel like VIPs and made this a beautiful memory that our family will treasure forever!

Great trip, well organised, awesome guides very well informed!! Looked after us well. Hotel was amazing. We were told we had dinner included but none of our documents said that at all! And when we were offered a dinner spot the only time was 9.00pm which was a little late for a 6.00am pick up.

The tour provided by Fly Cusco Peru went beyond my greatest expectations. Our tour began being met at the airport by our tour guide and driver. Victor and Martin couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They were always ready to do something extra to make our experience even better. We were fascinated by the background information and history Victor had of each place we visited. They made our trip through the Sacred Valley even better than we could have imagined. We sincerely appreciated the effort they made to make our visit exceptional! When our train reached Machu Picchu Pueblo, we were met by Carlo who escorted us to our hotel. The next morning he and Ceasar met us at the hotel and we were taken to the bus for the ride to the entrance to Machu Picchu. Once inside, Carlo guided us to a special area for persons with mobility issues. Carlo was a wealth of information about not only the history of the place but also the philosophical and spiritual significance to the inhabitants. His understanding of Machu Picchu gave a new and meaningful respect for the Inca civilization. It was a wonderful experience thanks to our guide. Overall, I couldn't have imagined our tour experience to have been as excellent as the one we had with Fly Cusco Peru. From my first contact my questions were quickly answered and booking went smoothly. Thanks to our guides, things only got better. I have used other agencies to book travel, but none were better than Fly Cuso Peru!

This experience was truly incredible. We need to highlight Fly Cusco and give them a special thanks, as my husband and I had a booking conflict whereby we were scheduled to arrive in Peru later than expected. We were able to reach out to Fly Cusco, they arranged a personal driver to pick us up at the airport, drive us into Aguas Calientes, hold our luggage for us overnight and then pick us back up the following day to drive us straight to our Air BnB doorstep. We are truly thankful for how accommodating and helpful they were, despite the language barrier.

My friends and I visited Machu Picchu with Fly Cusco and had an amazing experience. The Fly Cusco team were professional, friendly, and very responsive, keeping us well informed throughout the tour itinerary. Our guide, Carlos A.
