This 2 week intensive is for students of Yoga looking to refine their personal yoga practice. This includes learning and practicing meditation, chanting, and the physical practice of the Yoga poses. All levels are welcome and an optional 200 Hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certificate is awarded at the end of the training.

Day 2: The 6 Directions of the Spine, Diaphragmatic Breathing, The Respiratory System, Planes of Movement, Warm-Up Series
Day 3: Nutrition & Hydration, Anatomy Basics, Standing Series
Day 4: Yoga Poses Effects on the Meridians, Nadis, & Organ Systems in the Body, Standing Series continued
Day 5: Ayurveda, Review Sun Salutations, Warm-Up, & Standing Series
Day 6: The Art of Assisting, Male vs Female Anatomical Alignment & Physiological Differences, Practice Poses
Day 7: Floor Series Postures
