The Human Journey Yoga Teacher Training is specifically designed to explore vulnerability and authenticity through the intricacies of relationship. In this 15-day, 200 hour entry-level training, we explore both the complexity, and the reward, of being in relationship, as well as the necessity of being skilled in them.

Upon successful completion of this program, you qualify for RYT-200 status with the Yoga Alliance.
Included: 200 hours of training with some of the most experienced trainers in the field and invaluable training manual.
Not Included: Transportation to/from the studio, meals nor accommodations.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits will reserve your spot in the training and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable at any time. Refunds will not be issued, for any reason, 90 days or less before training start date and can only be applied to a future Swastha Yoga program within one year of cancellation date. In the unlikely event that Swastha Yoga needs to cancel a program, participants will be refunded the full tuition.
This package includes 200 hours of tuition and training with top experienced trainers. Upon successful completion, students are eligible to apply to the Yoga Alliance for RYT-200 status.
Our schedule supports cultivating a steady and sustainable daily practice that our students are able to integrate into their lives after the training; continuing the growth process towards swastha (optimal health on all levels). A typical day in training is as follows:
7am Pranayama (Kriyas), Meditation, Reflection
9am Yoga Asana practice
10:30am Posture Clinic
11:30am Lunch Break
12:45pm Ayurveda, Subtle Body and/or Human Potential Discussion
3:30pm Break
4pm Practice Teaching Session
5:30pm Dinner Break
6:30pm Evening Activity/Discussion
