Join me for a unique hybrid 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training that combines the flexibility of online learning with the depth and connection of an immersive in-person experience in Guatemala.
The training is divided into two parts:
100 Hours Online
In October, you'll receive access to the online curriculum, allowing you to move through the material at your own pace. You'll have six months (October through March) to complete lectures, readings, assignments, and practice teaching while building a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, meditation, pranayama, and the art of teaching.
100 Hours In Person
From April 19–30, we'll gather at the beautiful Earth Lodge in Guatemala for an unforgettable two-week immersion overlooking Lake Atitlán and the surrounding volcanoes. Together, we'll bring the online material to life through daily practice, hands-on learning, group discussion, teaching practicums, and meaningful community connection.
This training is designed for both aspiring yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of yoga. With a smaller group size, you'll receive plenty of individualized attention, mentorship, and one-on-one support throughout the process.
Whether your goal is to teach yoga, deepen your personal practice, or immerse yourself in yogic philosophy and self-discovery, this training offers the flexibility to learn from home while still experiencing the transformational power of practicing and learning together in person.
