COURSE STRUCTURE
Your Bali Yoga Teacher Training unfolds with a warm welcome circle at 2 pm on the first day, fostering connections.
The first 12-day segment delves into the Vinyasa element, with more Traditional techniques & texts. You have 1.5 days off during these 12 days.
A further two days off are given at the end of your Vinyasa part to allow you to process your learning & to ease you into the next section of our Training.
The final 12 days are the Yin Yoga & Chinese Medicine, allowing you to slow down & land in your body. You have 1.5 days off during these 12 days.
Concluding the program, celebrate your achievements with a certification ceremony, before our memorable Sunset dinner on the final day (dinner is not included in the fee).
