As part of the responsibility of yoga and their passion for yoga, IndianYogaSchool has decided to conduct a Scholarship 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course (28 days) during December 2018, January 2019, February 2019, and March 2019 at a bare minimum fee of 800 USD including food and shared accommodation at Mysuru / Mysore.

The program is designed to not only shed light on many aspects of yoga but to teach you how to use Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga, to lead a stable, active yoga class to be able to inspire, and motivate others. The course is designed to provide yoga teacher training in the most beautiful authentic form but also the essence and transformation of the excellent yoga science.
The course will be conducted by Indian yoga teachers who have vast experience in training and mentoring students to become yoga teachers.

The course is offered as per the standards of Indian Yoga School (Anubhava Mantapa – Yoga 360) and Yoga Alliance USA Techniques, Training and Practice: 100 Hours
Teaching Methodology: 25 Hours
Anatomy and Physiology: 20 Hours
Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers: 30 hours
Practicum: 10 Hours

Shared accommodation since this is a scholarship program , private accommodation will be arranged at an additional cost.
