About this trip

This training will be held at a private, beautiful cabin tucked away on 20 acres in the forest at the base of Mt. Adams. You will spend 15 days immersed in the world of yoga learning about history, philosophy, proper anatomical alignment for your asanas, and effective teaching techniques, all while diving deep into self reflection and personal development. We cover Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and more.


A 200 hour yoga teacher training can be used to deepen your personal practice or with the intent to guide others. We can arrange for transportation from the airport to the cabin if requested for an additional fee. Food is not included so bring food or money to pay for groceries. You must pay your deposit to reserve your spot. Payment plans are available and must be paid in full when training begins.

    Upon complete, you will receive a RYS 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate and the oppurtunity to register with yoga alliance.
