This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a structured journey into yoga as both personal practice and the foundation of teaching. In collaboration with Become A Yogi, this training is built on a curriculum influenced by Jonah Kest. The approach emphasizes breath-led movement, intelligent sequencing, discipline, and accessibility.
Autumn Gacnik will guide this training in its entirety, holding space for development through study, practice, and integration. Students will be supported in building a strong and sustainable foundation in yoga through both experiential and structured learning.
The training explores asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, and teaching methodology. The intention is not only to prepare students to teach yoga, but to deepen their understanding of yoga as a lived practice.
A central focus of the training is helping each student develop their own voice. Rather than shaping students into a single style or approach, this space is designed to support individuality, intuition, and a personal relationship to movement, breath, and awareness.
Students will learn how to sequence classes, offer clear and intelligent cues, understand functional anatomy, and begin stepping into the responsibility of holding space for others. They will also be encouraged to deepen their personal practice, cultivate consistency, and build trust in their own experience.
This training is both a certification and a period of disciplined study, reflection, and transformation within a supportive community of practitioners.
This training is Yoga Alliance Accredited.
Training will take place at Peace Lutheran Church in Hurst, Texas, just outside Fort Worth. Space is intentionally limited to support an immersive and connected learning environment.
This training is designed for both aspiring teachers and dedicated practitioners seeking deeper understanding, structure, and consistency within their practice. Whether your intention is to teach or simply immerse yourself more fully in yoga, students will be supported exactly where they are.
This training asks for presence, consistency, and willingness to engage deeply with the practice. Students will participate in guided study, personal reflection, practice teaching, and ongoing integration throughout the three-month immersion.
Alongside the curriculum itself, students will become part of a supportive community of practitioners committed to growth, accountability, and shared learning. The relationships formed throughout the training often become one of its most meaningful aspects.
Space is intentionally limited to preserve an immersive and connected learning environment. Early application is encouraged.
This training is registered with Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour Registered Yoga School (RYS 200). Upon completion, students are eligible to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
