Tula Yoga School is a traveling yoga school providing teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats all over the world. It is our mission at Tula Yoga School to inspire students from all walks of life to discover their truth and learn to show up for themselves in a new way with discernment, boundaries and authenticity-on and off the mat. We believe in cultivating freedom in one’s yoga practice, moving away from this “one-size-fits-all” model we’ve been shown in the West, and embracing one’s own creativity and intuition.
