Autumn Adams E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP
Autumn founded Ambuja Yoga in 2014 as a way to not only share her love of yoga, travel & adventure, but as a way to cultivate intention, courage and grace in her students. She hopes her students will leave with a feeling of purpose and with the ability to invite their intention into all aspects of their lives.
Autumn encourages her students to be conscious creators… to have the courage to take risks (both big and small), to listen deeply to their body, to their gut, to their heart and the grace to “roll with the punches” on this messy path we call life. Learn more about Ambuja Yoga by reading this letter from Autumn, founder of Ambuja Yoga.
Toni Larson E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP
Nature moves Toni and touches her heart. She practices yoga to stay grounded, happy, healthy, balanced and connected to Spirit. This keeps her doing the things she loves most in life. All things rooted in love, this is the recipe for life.
Her teaching provides a relaxed atmosphere. She is a believer in sustainable yoga and teaches with a very real and down to earth style. Recognizing that each person’s body, range of motion, strength and energy is different, she creates a unique and playful space so students can approach their practice with wisdom, courage and most importantly unconditional love. Toni has been teaching yoga for over 7 years, a Retreat Leader, Shamanic Mentor and is the Founder of Barefoot Bliss Yoga.
Thank you for everything you did to make this retreat happen. I appreciate the energy and effort you put in to both manage logistics and to create a safe and positive space to build community. I’ve grown in awareness of myself and my desire to find community and serve others and I appreciated the sense of community created by shared practice and intentional encouragement by our lovely instructors Autumn & Toni.

I loved Autumn & Toni. So caring, genuine and patient. This is my first yoga retreat and I’m new to yoga. You both made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The only suggestion I have is to add one more day. I feel like this was/is life changing for me. I honestly feel and believe that I am enough, I do enough and I love myself. I learned to be kind, gentle, and patient with myself.
Linda B., Back to Nature Yoga Retreat 2017
Autumn and Toni your pure selves reflected in your teaching. I had some deep realizations this retreat about some of my relationships. The spiritual aspect added to this retreat was absolutely amazing. I also cannot wait to bring the new knowledge into my own classes to best assist/guide my students safely. Sustainable yoga! I have so much gratitude for this place, retreat, community, both Autumn and Toni I thank you both for all that you are and all that you shared.
