About this trip
This 200-hour yoga teacher training will be led by Teliah, a 200 E-RYT certificate holder yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of teaching. Cascade School of Yoga is such an inspiring and healing place to learn and teach. It is an accredited and recognized as a 200-hour RYS through Yoga Alliance. Since becoming an E-RYT, Teliah has been training yoga instructors for over 2.5 years. Teliah is stoked for this yoga teacher training because it's held in a peaceful area that inspires creativity. Although the days are long, you will leave feeling refreshed and excited about this new phase of your life! You will receive your certification at the end of the training.

Hi, I’m Teliah. I live in the beautiful cascade mountains of WA state with my family. One of mine and my family’s core values is health and living a healthy lifestyle. Up to this point, everything I have done has revolved around doing that to the best of my ability. I truly believe that being consistent in your daily physical, spiritual, mental and emotional habits is what contributes to a thriving life and home and this is a huge part of WHY I love Yoga and why I love teaching others yoga.
