Embark on a voyage that will transform your body, mind and heart through Integrated Transformation 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.

Kicking off April 2nd, 2020 this INTENSIVE 200-hour Teacher Training Program has been designed for students who want to:

*fully immerse themselves into a yoga training

*become certified yoga teachers 

*dive deeper into the art and science of yoga

*grow in their personal yoga practice

*deepen self-understanding 

*gain a greater knowledge of body alignment, anatomy and yoga philosophy. 

Participants will learn and develop the key elements necessary to teach a fun, safe and effective yoga class as well as important skills that will positively serve all aspects of one’s life.

Integrated Transformation Yoga Teacher Training Program offers an empowering approach to education, teaching and what it means to craft an experience that supports the students for success.

Successful graduates of this 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Certification, are qualified to teach vinyasa, hatha and hot yoga styles and have the opportunity to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance.

Spring Session 2020 - Intensive Format

Program entails 3 Parts:

Two 11-Day Comprehensive Modules 

One 3-Day Immersion Module

PART 1: Friday April 2nd, 2020 - Sunday April 12th, 2020

PART 2: Friday May 8th, 2020 - Sunday May 10th, 2020

PART 3: Friday June 4th, 2020 - Sunday June 14th, 2020
