Yoga Academy International offers a professional, thorough, and progressive yoga teacher training. This course is an incredible foundation of the lifestyles, philosophy and asanas of yoga. You’ll learn pose alignment, hands-on-assists, and how to effectively cue. You will be encouraged to find your own individual voice as a teacher. You will learn to guide your students safely from pose to pose, gaining all the tools you need to lead amazing yoga classes!

Our faculty’s extensive years of yoga practice combined with decades of yoga teaching creates safe, effective instructors through an intelligently structured curriculum. Our school has successfully graduated almost 100 yoga teachers over the years, many of whom have gone on to lead retreats internationally, open their own studios and work with huge wellness industry brands.

Yoga Academy International’s professional 200hr yoga teacher training program fully prepares you to teach yoga with competence and inspiration. Our course is internationally recognized and yoga alliance registered.

SAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE:

• 7:15 – 8:30am Led yoga practice
• 8:30 – 9am Beach meditation
• 9:15am Breakfast
• 10am – 1pm Yoga Theory
• 1pm – 3pm Lunch break
• 3:00pm – 5:30pm Workshops, Teaching Practice, Communication skills
• 6:30pm dinner
• 7pm – 9pm evening satsang, philosophy & ethics

There is 1 day off each week where you can relax, enjoy and explore. Take surf lessons, go volcano boarding, horseback riding, get a massage, visit historic towns or simply laze by the pool.
