A highlight of this trip is our time with the women of the Earth Education Project, a non-profit organization that empowers women with the skills needed to integrate into Nicaraguan society and labor market. To give participants the opportunity to experience the beauty and culture of what Nicaragua has to offer, we have offered a mix of cultural activities interdispered with yoga. For the retreat, we have a suggested daily regime as follows:
7:30am Morning meditation or meditation walk
8:00 – 9:30 am 1.5 hour yoga class, including 20-minute intention-setting
9:30am Breakfast
11:00 – 1:30 Free time (optional surf session/lesson, massage, hike, etc.)
1:30 – 2:30 Lunch
2:30 – 5:00 Free time to Kayak or enjoy the beach
5:00 – 6:00 Afternoon yoga class (option for SUP Yoga class)
6:00 – 7:00 Guided Intention-setting session
7:30 – 8:30 DinnerAfter-dinner options:
