The beautiful True Blue Bay Boutique Resort, on the exquisite and pristine Island of St. Georges Grenada (aka: The Spice Island), is the ideal place to which we will RETREAT, so that we might ADVANCE - in Light, Love and Life.
Your Hostesses on this exciting journey to perfect peace, relaxation, healing and restoration are:
Allegra Feamster - Certified Fitness Professional of The Body Beautiful and Linda Howard - Certified Health and Wellness Coach of VIBRANT Health and Wellness Coaching; both Allegra and Linda are Licensed Ministers as well.
The foundational and spiritual inspiration for this retreat comes from the Word of GOD: Ephesians 2:10
We encourage you to focus and meditate upon it to capture; take ownership and possession of the desire that GOD has for us all to live "The Good Life", and then get excited about the manifestation thereof:
"For we are God's [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]." (Ephesians 2:10 AMPC )
TRAVELER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) PASSPORTS: Passports ARE REQUIRED for this trip and are obtained at the expense of each traveler.
Travelers must also confirm that the name on their American Airlines ticket is IDENTICAL to the name on their passport. Passports MUST expire at least 6 months BEYOND the return date of 10/21/19 (i.e. April 30, 2020 and beyond!) - NO EXCEPTIONS
2) TRAVEL INSURANCE: All travelers (The Spice of Life Healing and Restoration Retreat), are responsible for being in sufficiently good health to undertake their trip; for obtaining the appropriate medical and cancellation insurance; for studying all pre-departure information; and for acting in a manner considerate of fellow travelers and the countries visited. Travelers assume full responsibility for all risks, including but not limited to any loss, injury, death or damage to them, their family or their dependants arising in connection with their participation, or the participation of their family, in the trips, and for ensuring that they have adequate insurance coverage to cover any loss.
All Spice of Life Healing and Restoration Retreat travelers will receive a Travel Insurance Accept/Decline Waiver of which they will be required to read, sign and return to Retreat Organizers, acknowledging that they have not chosen OR chosen to secure travel insurance.
ATTENTION PLEASE:
1) Travelers will have up until July 18, 2018 to cancel without penalty. Cancellation requests received after July 18, 2019 are Non-refundable. However, one name change per ticket is allowed up until 48 hours of departure flight from O'Hare airport.
2) Please supply retreat organizers with your American Airline Advantage account number in order for your account to be credited for this trip.

Two Bedroom Villas - accommodating 4 people
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and luxurious bathroom. In the second ensuite bedroom choose between a king bed or two single beds. The upstairs of each villa has a spacious kitchen, dining and living room areas and a uniquely refreshing plunge pool. The roomy verandah overlooks the marina, luscious tropical gardens gardens and infinity beach pool.
True Blue Style Room - accommodating 2 people
These simple yet elegant True Blue rooms (6), located next to the Bay View Pool include a charming terrace over looking the gardens and the bay. The teak furnishings and lovely simple colors create a very natural and peaceful relaxing space to retire after a day of fun.
Choose from either a king size bed or twin beds, and enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette, fans, a/c bedroom, phone, cable TV.
Water/Tower Suite - accommodating 2 people
Each suite has spiraling stairs which lead to its own tower equipped with a plush comfi-chair and a magnificent panoramic view of the resort, the ocean. The spacious balconies provide an ideal setting to watch the sunset or gaze upon the azure and aquamarine hues of the undulating Caribbean Sea. The suites tropical wood and palm furnishings include a king sized bed, a generously stuffed couch and dining suite.
Cocoa Pod Rooms - accommodating 2 people

The NEW Cocoa Pods are Grenada’s first self-sustaining rooms. Rainwater is harvested, stored in tanks and treated before being used in the rooms and solar panels are used to heat the water and to generate electricity thereby reducing the environmental impact of the entire resort. Hotel owner Magdalena Fielden decorated these charming rooms with her signature eclectic playful style with plenty of tropical flair and colour. The soft and comfortable furnishings were made from ethically sourced wood. Choose from either a King size bed or 2 single beds A pull-out sofa is also in this room.
