WITH THE GLOBAL COVID-19 PANDEMIC, CELEBRATE YOU IS STAYING ABREAST OF ALL NATIONAL GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION IN MAINTAINING THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF EVERYONE.  OUR RETREAT IS SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 5-7, 2020, AND WE ARE STILL PLANNING ACCORDINGLY. Are there key things I should Know?

Purpose of Retreat - Enjoy concentrated time of movement, learning, relaxing and growth in a fun-filled environment to jump start you on the path of taking care of and celebrating YOU. You will be with other like-minded and wellness-focused women from all age groups. (See photo gallery)


Group Size - This is a medium size group of 20-30 women. You will have plenty of time to interact  in small groups and make friends.


Retreat Times -  The retreat begins at 11:30 AM on Friday, June 5 and ends at NOON on Sunday, June 7.  It is a two (2) night all-inclusive retreat.  Registration is from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM on Friday, June 5 and the Welcome Reception will begin promptly at 12:30 PM with music and celebration! Enjoy light snacks and meet and greet other participants before the introductory session begins at 2:00 PM.


Attire/Packing List - Dress is casual and comfortable. The temperature varies inside, so it is a good idea to bring layers (sweater or shawl). For movement, have clothes that you can move easily in, and bring comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen and a hat.  You may want to pack a swimming suit and workout gear if you desire to enjoy the pool or fitness center.


Photos/Videos - There will be pictures, a group photo, and video captured, which will require signature release from each participant prior to entry into the session. Y Personal videos and photos are not permitted during the sessions. Photographs and videos of you are not required to be part of the retreat.  You do not have to be photographed and/or recorded during any part of the retreat.


By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform an event organizer. 



What Will Happen - The time we spend together will be highly interactive and engaging. You will be participating in activities in pairs or small groups that will be guided by our facilitators. We will be talking and sharing experiences, and doing different fun exercises, including simple dance. You will use expressive means to process emotions through writing, movement,and group activities such as role play. Our facilitators are skilled with using guided imagery for self-discovery, awakening and skill-building.


Participation - All participation during the sessions is voluntary and there is no judgement.  


Food - All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and snacks are included in the price of the registration.  Feast on delicious culinary selections, including vegetarian options, that mingle gourmet refinement with regional American classics. Relax with a beautiful lakeside view, and enjoy a diverse menu along with yummy deserts that will indulge your inner foodie.  Let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions upon registration.


Special Needs - Please let us know upon registration if you have any concerns or needs in this area. The comfort of every attendee is important to us. The retreat facility is equipped with accessible rooms, spaces and services, from TTY devices and accessible parking, to assisted listening devices and beyond. Just let us know how we can best accommodate your stay. 


Free Time - The weekend is designed to be relaxing and fun, as well as a time of restoration and growth.  During the breaks, you can spend time alone meditating  or writing, or you can get acquainted with new friends, ride a bike, take a walk,  take a dip in the pool, workout in the gym, enjoy a spa treatment,, browse the vendor tables, or go back to your room and take a nap! The choice is yours! This is truly about being you and doing you!


Other Availability Activities - Ride throughout the grounds on a golf cart or bike, play tennis, enjoy indoor fitness center and pool, and explore the walking trails.


Cancellation Policy - All sales are final and non-refundable. Reservations are transferable.

    Visit the vendor tables and learn some health tips. All retreat attendees will receive a special coupon book to use with all vendors. Enjoy yummy bites and music.

  • Room incidentals
    Room incidentals such as movie rentals, room service, etc., are not included. If charged, they will be the responsibility of the attendee,.

Single Room - Retreat Registration

This all-inclusive retreat package includes a room with a king or queen bed, admission to the interactive retreat sessions, complimentary parking, free WIFI,  three full delicious buffet meals filled with amazing choices that meet all dietary needs, continuous morning and afternoon breaks with a variety of yummy snacks, and a chance to have relaxed and fun conversations with our wellness experts during our evening social on Saturday.  Also, enjoy free bike and golf cart rentals, walking and riding paths, the indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and gym access all set in a beautifully landscaped complex.

Wellness Vendor Tables

There will be only one vendor per product type and/or service.  This is purchased separately from the retreat registration.  (Snacks/Beverages and Meal  Provided)


Requirements: 1)  All Vendors requests will be reviewed  2) Once approved, payment can be made on this site; 3) Vendors are expected to have products/services displayed during the Celebrate You Bazaar r; 4) Vendor tables must be paid in full; 5) Once processed, all vendor fees are final; 6) Discount codes DO NOT apply for vendor tables; 7) We are developing a coupon book for participants and we ask each vendor to provide a discount or product/service offering to be included in the book. This will create motivated buyers for our event.


As a vendor, you are allowed to promote and sell your products and services to participants during  the retreat. Vendor tables will be first reserved for those in the health and wellness space. There will be one vendor per service or product allowed during the retreat.  If registered as a retreat attendee, the price of the vendor table is an add-on to the event package selected.  If you have registered for the event and are also vendor you have VIP Status which means you will be  featured on 4  Facebook promotions on our Facebook event page and one 1/2 page ad included in our retreat program. Vendor tables must be set up and ready by 1:00 PM on Saturday,  June 6.

Speaker Package

This package will include 45 minutes of speaking.  Each speaker will have a unique message that ties to the "Celebrate You! Women Embracing Wellness" mission and values.   Discount codes do not apply to speaker package or vendor tables.  These will be purchased separately from the retreat registration.


Requirements: 1) Coordinate to ensure that topic is approved for the retreat prior to registering; 2) Once approved, payment can be made on this site; 3) Speaker package includes vendor table and the speaker has the ability to sell from the tables only and NOT from the stage; 4) Speakers will get a list of all consenting attendees;  5) Please review above requirements for vendor tables; 6) The session will be recorded and photos will be taken. Should the speaker want a copy of the recording and speaker photos, there will be a special speaker package offer; 7) Speakers are not permitted to have outside photographers or videographers attend the session.
