Release What No Longer Serves You to Reinvent Into Your Truest Self
Are you feeling an unexplainable stirring during this time of your life? It’s common that women in their 40’s and 50’s experience a major disruption in their midlife. It can be brought on by a desire to change careers. Perhaps you’ve experienced the loss of your parents, or even the pains of identity as a mother with your firstborn, only or youngest child leaving the home. You have prioritized your children, family or a job before your own needs, but you want to create a new way of life. You may not have the whole picture in your mind, but something has awakened and shaken you to the core. You have a sense that there’s something more out there, but just need to have a place, a space and support for self-examination.
If you are going through a difficult time in your life, or have questions upon questions about who you are, this is an opportunity to gain more clarity to create the life you desire. Transitions in life are blessings for growth. They inspire you to embrace change, helping you to gain strength and happiness as you grow into the person you know you can be. Consider this retreat as an investment in yourself to explore the possibilities. There is the exponential power being surrounded by women who help flame the fire of your intentions.
Within us all is a deep desire for validation and to be appreciated for what you do and who you are. First things first, you have to feel gratitude for yourself so you aren’t looking for others to fill a void for you. This means being present and making a conscious, deliberate determined effort to be focused on you. Distractions and excuses will always exist, but what you resist will persist. Without taking action, you can feel even more depressed, anxious, restless, unhealthy, lost or confused.
Imagine being courageous, confident, free, focused, empowered, balanced and able to trust and express yourself fully. Investing in yourself is a declaration that you are truly determined and inspired to create a difference in this world. You are ready. You are deserving. You need this to replenish your soul and to remember your true self. That’s why you need to be here.
To celebrate all that you are and all that you.
To have a nurturing space to reflect on the change that is occurring in your life.
To invite in compassion and understanding for the emotions that you are feeling.
