About this trip
It is our mission to not only connect and support our special needs families but to find ways to enhance their lives. This retreat will be a perfect combination of activities and events to provide rest, rejuvenation and community with other mothers of special needs children.
Our #GiveMomABreak Retreat will be a powerful time of rest and relaxation and fun to help our moms gain clarity, peace and calming, and focus to return ready to jump back into the daily routine of appointments and schedules, while doing it with a fresh perspective and knowledge on basic self care practices to keep the whole family feeling balanced.
We will come together for an amazing 3 nights at the Margaritaville Beach Hotel on Pensacola Beach, FL where special needs moms can take a much deserved break and learn and practice self care with professionals in the field of yoga & meditation, health & wellness, and stress reduction practices while enjoying the community of being surrounded by like minded women on the beautiful white sand beaches of Northwest Florida!
Important Info
This retreat is hosted by Emerald Coast Exceptional Families, a 501c3 non-profit organization. The retreat is open only to mothers of children with special needs.
Deposits, Payments, Cancellations
A $100 deposit is required to register for the #GiveMomABreak Special Needs Moms Retreat.
Payment plans are available or you can pay in full.
If you'd like to register and pay by check, please contact momsevents@emeraldcoastexceptionalfamilies.org to arrange check payment.
Deposit and payments made are non-refundable but are transferrable. In case of cancellation, your payments made will be considered a charitable contribution to Emerald Coast Exceptional Families, a 501c3 organization. If for any reason either our organization or the retreat venue cancels the event, you will receive a full refund.
The ECEF team will be monitoring the COVID-19 in our area. We will notify you of any changes in advance.

- Free TimeUse your free time to explore dozens of local restaurants and boutique shopping within a quick bike ride from our stunning beachfront location and/or relax by the pool, take a nap- just breathe.

Our overnight stay package includes:

** You may add an additional guest to your reservation for $175. The the primary registrant will pay the deposit and balance. You will be responsible for splitting the cost with additional guest.
