We can't leave Kentucky without exploring the Kentucky Bourbon Trail®.  We'll explore the rich tradition and proud history of "America's Official Native Spirit" on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail® tour, featuring a stops at 5 signature distilleries nestled among beautiful Bluegrass Region scenery.

- The Ark Encounter & Kentucky Bourbon Trail Bus Trip is a bundled package.  It cannot be separated.

You have three ways to pay for your trip.

1) Online: You can pay online by credit card or debit card.  Online payments will incur a 4% service charge. This is to account for Stripe service fees.

2) Mail: Don't trust the internet or want to avoid service fees, you can mail your payment to:

Please include a letter with your payment noting the following information: Name of the Attendee(s), Contact phone number, Contact email address. Please call or email us when you are mailing a payment. We do not check our mailbox everyday. 

3) In Person: You can drop off a payment at our office in Norfolk, Virginia with the Receptionist from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 500 East Main Street, Norfolk, Virginia (BB&T building in downtown Norfolk). We are located on the 16th floor inside of the Gather co-working space. Your payment (money order/cashier’s check) must be in a seal envelope with the following information written on the front of the envelope: The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club #1667. Inside the envelope, please include a letter with your payment noting the following information: Name of the Attendee(s), Contact phone number, Contact email address, Contact mailing address. We will mail you a receipt. We do not accept cash or personal checks for payments made in person. Please call or email us when you are planning to drop off a payment.  

We DO NOT accept payment by phone. 

All payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another trip/tour. However, an existing reservation can be changed to another person. Please see the "Name Change Policy" section below.  

If you opt into a payment plan, please pay accordingly to the schedule. If more than two consecutive payments are missed, your reservation(s) will be cancelled and any payment(s) made will be forfeited.   Always contact us if you are unable to meet payment deadlines.  

Pricing is based on room occupancy (the number of people staying in a room together).  If your roommate cancel or removed from the trip due to missing more than two consecutive payments, a price adjustment will incur to cover the remaining hotel cost.  You are allowed to replace your roommate.  Please see the "Name Change Policy" below.

No refunds are available once the trip/tour commences. In the event of a no-show by a paid attendee, no refund shall be given.

We STRONGLY recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance.  We do not offer refunds. Purchasing travel insurance is a way to protect your travel investment dollars in the event the unexpected happens.

If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email (info@thepacktravelclub.com). Payments will not be refunded for cancellations. 

However, if a trip is cancelled by the coordinator (The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club) due to lack of interest or unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund.  

A name change is the cancellation of one guest and the addition of a new guest on a booking. Applicable cancellation penalties will be assessed to the original guest (owner of the booking) plus a $50 administration fee to make a name change.  The new guest will be subject to pay any outstanding balance that was not paid for by the original guest. 

The original guest must send written response via email to info@thepacktravelclub.com requesting a name change and provide the following information of the new guest

3) Email Address

Only the original guest can request the name change.  The ownership of the reservation will be transferred once the original guest has provide the new guest information and have paid the $50 administration fee. 

Travel insurance is offered by a third party, Allianz Global Assistance, not The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club. Plans underwritten by BCS Insurance Company, Jefferson Insurance Company or Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Affiliated Companies, depending on insured's state of residence and plan type. Plan(s) may not be available to residents of all states.

Travelers insurance is not required in order to join a trip/tour. 

Marable Enterprises DBA The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club hereby gives notice that The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club does not own or operate any motorcoaches, cruise lines, banquet or catering facilities, hotels or attractions and that all arrangements made for transportation, accommodations, cruises, sightseeing, attractions, meals, etc., are made by us solely as AGENTS upon the express condition that we shall be not liable for any injury, death, accident, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any person or company engaged in transporting the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. Any delay in pickup time is not grounds for cancellation. The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club will not be responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of baggage and personal property.

Photos taken may only be used to promote The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club experience in articles, videos, or other media in which The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club is described and referred to within the contents of the given medium of media communication. Photographs are not to be used as stock photography.

The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club staff and venues will adhere to all state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 and will continue to update our policy as necessary. By purchasing a ticket to our trips, tour, and events, you understand and  acknowledge that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  In attending our trips, tours, and events, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club and all of their affiliates, employees, contractors, staff, and associates from any and all liability for any illness or injury due to COVID-19 exposure.

Board your spacious, video, and restroom equipped motorcoach and set off for Lexington, KY. Tonight, we will check into an en-route hotel in Huntington, West Virginia for a good night's rest.

After eating breakfast, we'll travel to the Williamstown, Kentucky to Ark Encounter.  We'll experience the life-size Noah's Ark! Ark Encounter is a one-of-a-kind themed attraction the whole family will enjoy, located in Williamstown, Kentucky. Spanning 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high, this modern engineering marvel amazes visitors young and old. From the moment you turn the corner and the towering Ark comes into view, to the friendly animals in the zoo, or the jaw-dropping exhibits inside the Ark, you'll experience the pages of the Bible like never before. 

After visiting the Ark Encounter, we'll head back to Lexington, Kentucky and check into our hotel. 

After breakfast, we'll visit 3 distillery (Woodford Reserve Distillery, Castle and Key Distillery, and Fresh Bourbon) on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail for a private tour and tasting. 

Woodford Reserve is a brand of premium small batch Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced in Woodford County, Kentucky, by the Brown-Forman Corporation. 

In 2014, Castle & Key began the restoration of the historic Old Taylor Distillery. In March 2022, Castle & Key Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey became the first bourbon distillate that has been distilled and released at the Historic Old Taylor Distillery in nearly 5 decades.

Recognized as the first African American-owned and produced bourbon since slavery, Fresh Bourbon offers an experience you won't forget. Fresh Bourbon is sweet and approachable and their tasting room welcomes all to taste and enjoy a fresh bourbon experience. 

After a day of tasting bourbon, you'll have time in Lexington to enjoy dinner. 

After dinner, we'll return to the hotel for the night. 

After a breakfast, we'll check out of our hotel and head to iconic James B. Beam distillery campus in Clermont, KY that has produced bourbon since 1935, including Jim Beam®, the number one-selling bourbon in the world.

Then, we'll head to Bardstown Bourbon Company for a private tour and tasting. The Bardstown Bourbon Company is a New Blend of Bourbon Makers, pushing the boundaries through innovation, while honoring the traditional art of making whiskey.

Set on 100 acres of active farmland in the heart of the Bourbon Capital of the World®, Bardstown produce the highest-quality Kentucky bourbon, whiskey, and rye brands as well as offer custom whiskey production through a Collaborative Distilling Program.

Before returning to our hotel in Huntington, West Virginia, we'll have dinner in Bardstown, Kentucky.

 After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we’ll depart home. A perfect time to chat with your friends about all the fun things you’ve done, the great sights you’ve seen and where your next group trip will take you!
