FLIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED!!

Please arrive in Athens on July 20, 2024 to eliminate delays on departure day. We'll have a meet and greet at the pre-cruise hotel in Athens.

**Packages do NOT include a pre-cruise hotel stay or port transfers, however, this may change if there is enough interest. Pricing will be announced.

TERMS AND POLICIES

Please read your package details carefully

Making a reservation for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies. All payments to Turquoise Travel Boutique are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued ID. Prices are subject to change without notice.  Please book your reservation(s) today to lock in your price. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current. Choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. You can log on WeTravel 24 hours a day to review your account. Name changes are allowed with approval and a $50 name change fee.  No changes will not be allowed 120 days prior to departure.  A late payment fee of $50 is required after final due date.  All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

DEPOSIT INFO: 

1.  The initial deposit deadline is October 31, 2023. Any reservations made AFTER this date are subject to the vendor's price change (if any) and room availability. Contact Turquoise Travel Boutique if you need extra time to make your deposit. 

2. All roommates must pay their deposit for the room to be reserved. 

3. Cruise payments are invoiced directly from Virgin Voyages so you'll know always know your cruise balance. Payments for your pre-cruise hotel and transportation will be invoiced through WeTravel.   

4.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by sending an email to info@turquoisetravels.com.  Any change requests sent by any method other than email may be ignored. While we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned and that we are here to make your experience as seamless as possible, please know that we are unable to provide assistance if your message is not sent using the proper channels. 

*Please note that participation in the festivities attached to this event can only be purchased from the organizers of the group.  At this time, this package does not offer ANY a-la-carte items. We reserve the right to update/change rates where there was an error.  Any changes over $150 will be sent to the client to approve.

**Please further note that all prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Turquoise Travel Boutique, LLC reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any and all increases resulting from currency devaluation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

$300 of this package is non-refundable because Turquoise Travel Boutique will negotiate agreements with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. By doing this, we are able to offer you monthly payment arrangements.   Beyond the $300, you will receive a voucher for future credit.

That said, please know that we like to have "happy clients". If you cannot attend this trip, we would love to have you reschedule with us for a future event. Please see the Travel Protection Insurance section below to learn how to avoid losing your entire investment should you be unable to attend this trip. 

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE

Covid-19 has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is awful, but losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend that you purchase travel protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.  Protect your investment!  Anything can happen (delayed or missed flight, illness, injury, family emergency, etc.)  

If you choose a "Cancel for any Reason" policy- which is our recommendation- most carriers will require that you buy the policy within 0-21 days of the initial purchase; however, some require purchase on the day of your initial deposit. This will depend on the company.  You will also be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance.
