ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT
At times, additional deposits may be required for your arrangements and at times this information may be advised after the initial quote or confirmation. If applicable, we will advise you as soon as we are made aware of this by the supplier.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due no later than 60 days before the departure.
Electronic travel documents are sent out approximately 30 days before departure.
The above are our normal final payment terms; however certain arrangements may require the balance of payment earlier.
Cancellation policy: To cancel your vacation, Travel Advisor charges a non-refundable fee of $100.00 (please continue reading!). This fee is payable at the time of the cancellation request and the vacation will not be canceled until this fee is paid. All payments are non-refundable after received. CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation is defined as the voluntary termination of an entire trip and is requested BEFORE the original travel date. Tour packages are completely non-refundable.

All rooms are based on double occupancy
Lodging, airport transfers, all other transfers, 20 meals, tour entrance fees, expert guide, mineral water, snacks and fruits.
Our expert local tour guides will meet with you on your arrival at the Kotoka International Airport Accra, is situated on the beautiful gold coast of Western Africa. You will be transferred to your Accra hotel.
Once we have checked you in, our guide will offer you Akwaaba (welcome) and brief you on all aspects of your trip.
You can enjoy your evening meal at the hotel restaurant whilst acclimating yourself to West Africa.
