Passport Requirement and Booking Details for Jamaica Trip

Please be advised that passports are required for this trip to Jamaica. A copy of your passport must be submitted by October 1, 2025. When booking, please ensure that the name you provide matches the name on your passport, or will match once your passport is issued.

If you are booking a room for two people and handling the payments on behalf of your roommate, please complete a single registration for both individuals (Add two packages). If each person will be making their own payments, they should book their own room and include the name of their roommate in the notes section of the registration.

Please note, your roommate must complete their booking within 3 days of the  lead passenger's registration. If this does not occur, the room reservation will be forfeited. To take advantage of this Black Friday deal, their deposit must be received by December 1st, 2024.  If this does not occur, the room reservation will be forfeited** 

Additional Information:

• Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations will incur penalties, as outlined in the terms and conditions that can be viewed during the booking process.
• The final due date is October 1st, 2025, but can be paid in full before this date.
• Excursions can be added to your booking until August 1, 2025.
• Club MoBay can be added until May 1, 2025.
• The prices listed on the website are part of a Black Friday Sale and will increase after December 1, 2024.
• Round Trip Transfers to the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa is included in the package, but Destination Engineers must receive your flight information by October 1st, 2025. If this does not occur, the transfer reservation will be forfeited and you will need to locate your own transfers to and from the airport.

The all-inclusive plan at the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa includes accommodations as selected:

All meals and snacks including breakfast and lunch in choice of buffet restaurants; dinner in the buffet restaurants or in one of the à la carte specialty restaurants; 24-hour snack and beverage service at the Sports Bar (beer and soft drinks only from 11pm-8am); domestic alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (also included in the discotheque), house wine with lunch and dinner; international "premium" drinks available in Miss Lou Bar; non-motorized water sports including snorkeling, catamaran sailing, kayaks, windsurfing and pedal boats; gym and hydrotherapy area at the spa**; day and evening entertainment and recreation according to the activity schedule; towels, chairs and umbrellas at beach and the swimming pools; supervised mini-club for ages 4-12.
