Our time at Figs on the Funcho was extraordinary! The hosts provided excellent accomodations, delicious food and interesting trips in the Algarve area. The painting teacher, Lael Har, inspired all of us daily to paint wonderful landscapes. Her encouragement could be seen as all of us grew as painters over the course of one week.

Amazing trip all around. We were picked up at the airport and driven to the event center. Five star treatment from the home cooked meals to the hostsâ hospitality to the accommodations and hiking trails and beauty of nature all around.
Special thanks to our painting teacher Lael Har who went above and beyond with logistics and paint supplies and organizing five packed days of sight seeing and plein air painting.
